WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!‎

We had lost power to a room in the house and needed service right away. We called Dempsey after hours to repair this problem and to our surprise they were out within the hour. We showed the technician where the problem was and he had it fixed within an hour. Dempsey responded to our needs very quickly and professionally. From the gentleman taking our call to the electrician servicing the problem was a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend using this company!

Wonderful Customer Service

I had am emergency after hours. I called the phone number and an answering service took my information. With in minutes a supervisor called me back. He was very helpful and compassionate to my situation. He sent someone out right away. The technician was clean, kind and understanding. Did not seen disturbed to be called out late at night at all. I was very pleased with everything about my experience with Dempsey Electric. I will recommend this company to everyone and anyone.
